AceGenie is an AI-powered exam-preparation platform offering personalised test series, practice drills, formula sheets, and performance analytics for exams such as UPSC, JEE, NEET, CAT, GATE, and private-job interviews.

AceGenie is owned and operated by Agentic Genie LLP, a limited liability partnership registered in India, with its registered office at 3rd Floor, No. 402-B-1TF, ITI HBCS Layout, Mysore Road, Nayandahalli, Bengaluru 560039, Karnataka, India. In these terms, "AceGenie", "we", "us" and "our" mean Agentic Genie LLP; "you" means the person using the platform.

You can reach us at info@acegenie.ai. These terms, together with our Privacy Policy, form a binding agreement between you and us. By creating an account or using AceGenie, you accept them. If you do not accept them, please do not use the platform.

You may use AceGenie only if you are legally capable of entering into a contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872.

If you are under 18, you may use AceGenie only with the consent and under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these terms on your behalf and is responsible for all activity on the account, including any payment made through it. We do not knowingly take payment from a minor without that consent.

You may not use AceGenie if we have previously suspended or terminated your account, or if the law where you are bars you from using a service like this one.

You must provide accurate information when you sign up and keep your credentials safe. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account.

You can sign in with your email and password or through Google. New email accounts are verified with a one-time code sent to that address, so the address you give us must be one you actually control.

One account is for one person. Do not share your login, sell access, or let anyone else attempt tests as you — quotas, analytics and your entire study plan are computed from your own attempts, so a shared account also makes the product worse for you.

If you believe your account has been compromised, reset your password or contact us right away.

AceGenie is for your personal exam preparation. You agree not to:

Share, resell, scrape, or redistribute questions, solutions, formula sheets, or any other content from the platform.

Use bots, scripts, headless browsers or any automation to attempt tests, farm analytics, harvest content, or overload our systems.

Reverse-engineer, decompile, copy, or build a competing dataset, model or product from our content or our APIs.

Circumvent, disable or probe any quota, paywall, authentication or security mechanism, or access an account, endpoint or admin surface you were not granted.

Upload anything unlawful, infringing, malicious, or that you do not have the right to upload.

Use the platform in any way that breaks applicable law, or that interferes with another user's use of it.

We may investigate suspected breaches and take any step we reasonably consider necessary, including rate-limiting, suspending or removing access.

Questions, solutions, explanations, formula sheets, diagrams and study plans on AceGenie are generated and organised with the help of AI systems. We work hard to keep them accurate, and much of the question bank is drawn from real past papers — but AI can and does make mistakes, including confidently stated ones.

Everything on AceGenie is provided for practice and reference only. It is not, and must not be treated as, official exam material, official syllabus, professional advice, or a substitute for your prescribed textbooks and the conducting body's own notifications. Always cross-check anything critical against the official source.

AceGenie is a preparation aid. We do not promise, guarantee or represent that using it will produce any particular marks, percentile, rank, selection, admission, job offer or other outcome. Any figure shown in analytics — predicted score, readiness, accuracy trend — is a statistical estimate from your own attempt history, not a forecast of your result.

If you find an error in a question or solution, please report it to us. We correct what we can verify.

AceGenie is an independent platform. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected in any way to the National Testing Agency (NTA), the Union Public Service Commission (UPSC), the Indian Institutes of Technology, the Indian Institutes of Management, or any other examination authority, board, university or coaching institute.

Names such as UPSC, JEE, NEET, CAT and GATE, and any other exam names, logos or marks that appear on the platform, belong to their respective owners. We use them only descriptively, to identify which examination a piece of study material relates to. No sponsorship or association is claimed or should be inferred.

Some practice material is derived from previously published examination papers, which remain the property of their respective authorities. It is reproduced and re-organised for educational and study purposes. We claim no ownership over any such underlying question.

If you own rights in material that appears on AceGenie and believe it should not be there, write to info@acegenie.ai with the specific page or question, proof of your rights, and your contact details. We will review it and remove or restrict the material where the claim is made out.

Apart from the third-party material described above, everything that makes up AceGenie — the software, interface, design, brand, name, logo, our generated explanations and formula sheets, our analytics, our test-construction logic, and the structure, selection and arrangement of the question bank — is owned by us or licensed to us, and is protected by Indian and international law.

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to use AceGenie for your own exam preparation, for as long as your account is in good standing. That licence gives you no ownership and no right to copy, adapt, publish, sublicense, or commercially exploit any part of the platform.

All rights not expressly granted to you are reserved.

You keep ownership of anything you put into AceGenie — your profile details and photo, your notes, your bookmarks, your answers and attempts.

So that we can actually run the service, you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to store, process, transmit and display that content, and to derive statistics from it, strictly for the purpose of operating and improving AceGenie and providing it to you. This licence ends when the content is deleted, except for aggregated or de-identified statistics that no longer identify you, and for anything we must retain by law.

You confirm that you have the right to upload whatever you upload, and that it does not infringe anyone else's rights.

If you send us feedback, suggestions or bug reports, we may use them freely and without obligation to you.

Some features are free; others require Pro. Every price, limit and inclusion is shown on the Plans page before you pay, and the amount you are charged is set by us on our servers at checkout — never by your browser.

Pro is a one-time payment that unlocks full access for a fixed period (currently 30 days). It does NOT auto-renew: no mandate is set up on your card, nothing is debited when the period ends, and there is no subscription to cancel. To continue, you pay again whenever you choose.

Prices are in Indian Rupees and are inclusive of GST at 18%. Nothing is added on top at checkout — the amount shown on the Plans page is the amount debited. Every purchase is issued a tax invoice showing the taxable value, the GST charged, and the invoice value separately; it is emailed to you and is downloadable from your billing history. Our GSTIN is 29ACLFA4794J1ZP.

We may change prices, limits or the contents of a plan at any time; a change never affects a period you have already paid for.

Payments are processed by Razorpay Software Private Limited. We never see or store your card, UPI or bank details — only the payment reference Razorpay returns to us. Your use of Razorpay is also governed by Razorpay's own terms.

Daily limits reset at midnight IST and weekly limits on Monday, in Indian Standard Time. Monthly limits are measured over your own Pro period rather than the calendar month, so they reset when your plan renews. Top-ups are one-time purchases that add test capacity to an active Pro plan; they do not extend it, do not change your renewal date, and cannot be bought without an active plan. A Boost may be bought at most twice before a Full Refill; a Full Refill restores your allowance to full rather than adding to what is unused, and unlocks two more Boosts. Unused limits and unused top-up capacity do not carry over past your renewal.

If you initiate a chargeback or payment dispute instead of contacting us first, we may suspend the account until the dispute is resolved. Please write to us — a genuine billing mistake is far faster to fix directly.

Because Pro unlocks access immediately and in full, a payment is non-refundable once the period has started, except where the law requires otherwise.

If you were charged and did not receive access, or were charged more than once for the same purchase, write to us with the payment reference and we will refund the incorrect amount to the original payment method. Refunds are processed through Razorpay and typically reach your account within 5–7 working days.

A failed or abandoned payment is never charged. If money left your account on a payment that did not complete, Razorpay reverses it automatically, usually within 5–7 working days.

AceGenie is a digital service delivered instantly to your account. There is nothing to ship and no delivery address to give us.

We work to keep AceGenie available and fast, but we do not promise uninterrupted or error-free service. Access may be suspended for maintenance, upgrades, security work, or because of a failure in infrastructure we depend on.

We may add, change, restrict or discontinue features at any time. If we discontinue a paid feature during a period you have paid for, and no comparable replacement is offered, write to us and we will refund a fair proportion of what you paid for the unexpired part of that period.

Features marked beta, preview or experimental may change or disappear without notice and are provided without any assurance of accuracy or availability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, AceGenie is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied or statutory — including any implied warranty of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, non-infringement, or that the service will meet your requirements.

We do not warrant that the content is complete, current or free from error, that defects will be corrected, or that the platform is free of harmful components.

Nothing in this section limits any right you have as a consumer under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019, or any other right that cannot lawfully be excluded.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary loss, nor for loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, study time, an examination opportunity, an admission, a rank, or an employment prospect — however caused, and even if we were told such loss was possible.

Our total aggregate liability to you for all claims arising out of or relating to AceGenie, whether in contract, tort, statute or otherwise, is limited to the total amount you actually paid us in the three (3) months immediately before the event giving rise to the claim, or ₹1,000, whichever is higher.

These limits apply in the aggregate across all claims, and they survive termination of your account.

Nothing here excludes or limits liability for fraud, for wilful misconduct, for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, or for anything else that cannot lawfully be excluded — including your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Agentic Genie LLP, its partners, employees and service providers from any claim, demand, loss, liability, or reasonable legal cost arising out of your breach of these terms, your misuse of the platform, your infringement of anyone's rights, or content you uploaded.

We will tell you promptly about any such claim and will not settle it in a way that imposes an obligation on you without your consent.

AceGenie relies on third-party providers — among them Razorpay for payments, Google and Firebase for sign-in, OpenAI for AI generation, and Amazon Web Services and Cloudflare for hosting and delivery. Their availability and their own terms are outside our control.

The platform may link to external sites and resources. We do not control them, do not endorse them, and are not responsible for their content or their handling of your data.

Your practice attempts, scores, and preferences are used to personalise your test series and analytics. How we collect, use, store and share data — including that our servers are located outside India — is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You can clear locally stored data from Settings, and you may request account deletion by writing to us.

You can stop using AceGenie and delete your account at any time, by writing to us.

We may suspend or terminate an account that breaches these terms, abuses the platform, attempts fraud or a chargeback in bad faith, or puts other users or our systems at risk. Where it is practical and lawful to do so, we will tell you why and give you a chance to respond.

If we terminate your account for a breach, any unused paid period is forfeited. If we terminate it for any other reason, we will refund a fair proportion of the unexpired paid period.

On termination, your licence to use AceGenie ends immediately. Sections on intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability, indemnity, and governing law survive.

Please include your registered email, what happened, and any payment or question reference. We acknowledge complaints within 48 hours and aim to resolve them within 30 days, as required by the Information Technology (Intermediary Guidelines and Digital Media Ethics Code) Rules, 2021 and the Consumer Protection (E-Commerce) Rules, 2020.

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.

Please contact us first — nearly every dispute is settled faster by email than by notice. If a dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of you raising it with us, it shall be referred to arbitration by a sole arbitrator under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The seat and venue of arbitration shall be Bengaluru, Karnataka, and the proceedings shall be in English.

Subject to the above, the courts at Bengaluru, Karnataka shall have exclusive jurisdiction. Nothing in this section prevents you from approaching a consumer forum having jurisdiction under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

We are not liable for any failure or delay caused by events beyond our reasonable control — including internet or power failure, failure of a hosting, payment or AI provider, cyber-attack, strike, epidemic, natural disaster, war, or an act, order or restriction of any government or authority.

These terms and the Privacy Policy are the entire agreement between you and us about AceGenie, and replace anything said or written earlier about it.

If any provision is held unenforceable, it is modified to the minimum extent needed to make it enforceable, and the rest stays in force.

Our not enforcing a right on one occasion does not waive it.

You may not assign or transfer your rights under these terms. We may assign ours to a successor of our business, on notice to you.

We will send notices to your registered email; you should send notices to info@acegenie.ai.

Nothing in these terms creates a partnership, agency, employment or joint venture between you and us.

We may update these terms as AceGenie evolves. The date at the top of this page always shows when they last changed.

If a change is significant, we will notify you in the app or by email before it takes effect. Continuing to use AceGenie after a change means you accept the updated terms; if you do not accept them, stop using the platform and write to us to close your account.
